I purchased a smith brothers big / tall press back...

I purchased a smith brothers big / tall press back reclining chair a few months ago and was told that the very firm seat would loosen up. It has not and this chair is so uncomfortable that I really can not use it. When I complained to the store that I purchased it from; I was told my only solution was to spend another $100 on a new seat core. I spent $1500 plus on this unusable chair and choose not to throw good money after bad.
