I have to start with the fact that Montrose is my employer. I've been with the company for a year and a half. It's a dynamic, growing company. There have been some growing pains, but the company has a great vision and a lot of energy. I love working on special projects. It seems that for whatever project comes up we can find someone with great experience in that topic.
