THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Josh, who took care of us, is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He guided us through the different mattress technologies, gave us all the time needed to try their mattresses and helped us pick the right fit for us (a memory foam). After the mattress had been delivered and we'd been trying it for some time, we were not 100% happy. We returned to the store, explained the situation and they agreed to the exchange. We again spent I don't know how much time in the store and Josh was again accompanying us every step of the way. This time we opted for a hybrid and, boy, are we happy with our mattress now. Thank you Josh and thank you everyone at Soma Organic Mattresses! If you want to stay clear from the big brands and all the chemicals they use in their mattresses, and experience a top notch customer service, look no further. We'd give them 10 stars if we could. And Josh, YOU'RE A CHAMP!
