My husband wanted to rent the lighthouse suite for us this weekend. He booked it and paid for it. Three days later, he goes into the Hotel Bellwether and they tell him they aren t going to let him have that room, without a reason. He talked to the manager and changed his mind about letting us have the room, my husband left to the bank to put more money in his account. He gets back to the hotel and the manager then stated he changed his mind and isn t going to let him have the room. Terrible customer service! There wasn t any reason we shouldn t have been able to book that room. My husband even offered to pay extra. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from the Hotel Bellwether!!!
