Just took delivery on this beauty 2018 Tiguan SE, in platinum gray and I am in love. I traded my 2010 VW tiguan in for this beauty. I wanted to stop by and leave an extra special shout out to Heather Reid, she was my super smart, and knowledgable sales lady. I had been texting and e-mailing with Heather early in the week and I expressed that I was looking for 2018 retired loaner ( 2018 tiguan SE) she advised me to take a look on-line and see if I found anything there. I did, I found the exact model, color and trim that I wanted and I sent her a screen shot of the vehicle along with the stock # and she was able to locate the unit on property. Heather Reid is not only smart and a wealth of knowledge she has a contagious laugh, I don't think I have ever laughed so much during a major purchase. She had me and my husband rolling on the floor in laughter. Thank you Heather being so super awesome, honest and most importantly HUMBLE. You're the real MVP!
