0 stars. I've had their services for over 2 years at my new house. I signed up for smartbill and receive email pdf bills, which you pay in. Without a pdf bill, there's no way to view the bill since they don't have an online portal. I have received 2 bills the entire year (it's now 9/29/20). They didn't go to spam or anywhere else, I've searched everywhere to avoid waiting on hold on the phone to pay the bill. Regardless I've had to wait on hold 3 times to be told it's my fault and been issued late fees, and most recently a reconnect fee. Customer service is nonexistent- no one is helpful or seems to want to resolve my issue at all. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL. WHY IS THIS SO HARD! I would cancel service today if I could get water anywhere else!
