No words can express how grateful my husband and I were for all that Lisa did for us in helping us to buy our first home 3 years ago; our dream home! From the beginning, Lisa would always make herself available to us in looking at homes. After my husband and I told her what we were looking for, she knew exactly what we'd like and made sure to give us suggestions in homes that were more up our alley. We found our dream home after only looking at 4 houses and compared each one after that to "the one". The whole process was so nerve wrecking to us b/c we've never bought a home before, but Lisa stayed by our side and was at our beckon call to answer all our questions and put our minds at ease. I really don't know if I would have been able to keep my sanity if it wasn't for her; not to mention that I was 7 months pregnant by the time we closed and my hormones were all over the place. We couldn't have had a more professional, knowledgeable, kindhearted realtor than Lisa. Thank you so much for being a part of that special chapter in our lives. We will forever be grateful for you! And now, fast foward 3 years, we used her again to sell our house because we are relocating down south. Within 12 hours of going live we had an offer on the table for above asking price (and other offers at the open house for backup). If it wasn t for all her marketing and promoting the house as coming soon we wouldn t have had the amount of people coming to look at the house. As we speak we are under contract waiting for closing date. Thank you for helping us close this chapter in our lives.
