Purchased a three-door wardrobe from C ......, arrived with a chipped shelf, a missing garment bag and non-compliant brushes. Conclusion; mouse to be released 3 times x replacement scafale, change brushes (which cmq are only 2 measures and still are not precise) I hear from the representative of Maronese that their problem of squeaking depends on the damper that prob esi 'cracked but that they they don't do anything because it depends on my wrong use and maybe it will get back on its own. Among other things, the representative was annoyed because I would have called him for nothing. Absurd I lived in London where customer service is impeccable. Absurd also that Maronese considers customers to be respected only the retailers when if we don't buy the retailers they close the activity and gold also because they lose customers! Tralaltro the representative also told me that I would have to cage the wardrobe as it is (spaces too wide, go squeaky, a shelf that does not rest correctly) because the wardrobe is costatotoo ONLY 2000 !!! !

Unfortunately I have to give a star, otherwise this company would not get a star at all. Overpriced furniture for this mega poor quality. We bought a living room with 2 showcases. A showcase was tried to replace 3 times and every time it got worse ... Pieces of wood came off, scratches in the wood and glass, paint stains and the furniture also have a color difference ... besides, the broken furniture has to be ordered over a longer period of time took because the company did not answer .. My conclusion: never again!

We ordered Asolana della Maronese model dining room furniture with arrival scheduled for August 9, 2019 and they arrived in October because the wiring (screws, bolts, hinges, etc.) was not ready, the depth of the sideboard was wrong with the measurements and there was residue of glue on the doors. To our complaint made through their representative they replied that "being wood there are imperfections and they could not change them". Just a bad service! I recommend you contact more serious companies!

Their furniture purchased through Sato Italia arrived several times damaged and chipped (corners without paint, scratches, striped glass). I purchased a room of this brand, the bed frame was damaged, the wardrobe with the wrong hinges. At the second intervention due to a design problem, an internal side was damaged, the damaged side changed at the third intervention but the doors of the cabinet are distant from each other and the central door has no space to be mounted instead. At the fourth intervention they replace the doors because the hinges seat was not correct but the hinges sent do not go well. Finally, at the fifth intervention, four and a half months from the order date, the wardrobe was completed. I had a discount from them then turned from the furniture maker but only soliciting it and covering a third of the costs incurred due to the delay, in addition to the time lost to attend the non-resolving interventions. Purchased by Kidea (Oristano) which I do not recommend in the related review.
