I had the unfortunate circumstance of injuring my knee and ankle this morning. When I arrived, the nurse, physician, physician assistant, volunteer and patient associate were more than pleasant and professional. However, that all changed when I met a heavy, dark-haired, female, Hispanic valet driver. She was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, inarticulate, threatening, combative, dismissive, and unhygienic. She threatened to call security when I was attitudinal with her when her supervisor, who was polite and professional, brought back my keys but not my driver s license. The security guard was also polite and respectful. As a pre-medical student, shadow, volunteer, and employee of Denver Health, she is a disgrace. Her disposition does not align with the mission and values of the organization and she should be terminated. Thank you for your time.
