When we had water damage at our house, they were quick to respond as soon as our insurance company called. They did a fantastic job, and even got the walls and ceiling dried out faster than they estimated. What stood out for me, though, was that I had to lock my "escape artist" cat on our (enclosed) porch while they were working, and Jimmy actually called to check whether I wanted him to let my cat out before he locked up for the day! I really appreciate a company that will value my pets as much as my property. Thank you!
