Del is better than any other condominium management companies.
As from my experience as a board member, we have to deal with more than a half dozen other condominium management companies in 15 years. Del is better!
Do not do the mistake to think that Concierge or Contractors are employees of Del. They are not!
Some people don't like and are upset and complain, but condo fees paid on time, repairs, urgent safety repairs, rules, regulations, by-laws, the Declaration, parking, pets, legal procedures, chargebacks, etc. must be enforced for the good of majority living in the condominium.
