The Captains Club used to be a great place to stay...

The Captains Club used to be a great place to stay and eat with good views over the river.
The location is still great, the food quality is OK,but nothing special, but the service and the overall ambience during dinner was disappointing. It was so very noisy and not what you would expect for a fine dining meal.
Prices are towards the higher end so with the disappointing overall experience are no longer good value.
Rooms are looking rather dated now and the bed was not very comfortable.
Breakfast by contrast was excellent.
