We ve been customers for years and always tried to do things the right way base on what they recommended. I went to them multiple times to get options and was told that I wouldn t owe anything as long as I was under the mileage max, there were no major damages to the car and I got my next car through them, they would take care of me and take it off my hands . I turned my lease in and I wasn t told I would have a $3,000 balance or given the choice to add it on the next existing account. I had to find out by calling the TFS bank because we turned in the leased car in December and had paid Januarys bill so naturally I wanted my refund. The TFS bank were very nice and I have no issues with them. But they were the ones to tell me that I still had a balance. When they asked why wasn t I given the option to have the balance added to my next financed car, I said that s what I thought should ve happened too . They recommend me to call the dealership. I called constantly to get the issue resolved and didn t receive a call back from Craig after he said he would call everyday until the matter was resolved. Waited 2 weeks until I was fed up. I had to speak with the GM Kenan and he played the shoulda, coulda, woulda on us and when I asked for my contract info and he refused. Never going again. Would not recommend.
