To mention positive is the proximity to the beach and the central location. To be considered negative is that we were told that there were problems with the WLAN but still working temporarily. However, the fact is that it did not work during our stay. The balcony has no drain and is thus under water after rain. The equipment of the kitchen left a lot to be desired (2 spoons, only small cups?), The vacuum cleaner is broken, the living room is uncomfortably decorated, the couch is much too small and hard. In the elevator it smells extremely unpleasant.
Conclusion: The price / performance ratio fits in the smallest way.
