Michael Giddings met me outside, wore his mask, as did I, showed me the vehicle I was interested in, answered all of my questions knowledgeably, and allowed me the time I needed to make a decision, without any pressure or push to purchase. He then did all paperwork online and had the vehicle delivered to my home. I am a Type 1 Insulin-Dependent Diabetic, who is very concerned about COVID, but Michael still helped make this happen, to help maintain some normalcy for my family in the car-buying experience. I felt safe the entire visit and I probably asked more questions than allowed, due to this being a vehicle for my sweet 17-year-old daughter! Michael Giddings was outstanding!
