I had purchased tickets for an upcoming concert thru what I thought was Iron City's ticket office. When I researched it more, I found out that I was grossly overcharged and that my ticket would not be valid. When I called the venue, I spoke with the manager of the ticket office and explained my dilemma. He immediately helped me and what would have been a bad experience and have a very unhappy teenager on my hands, turned out to be a very happy ending. I now know to look more carefully at who I'm buying the tickets from. Thank you Eddie!
