Policy has been sold several times--sometime around end of March,2014 name change somehow occurred on our policy now my husband no longer seems to have life insurance. Had policy on him and now only "rider" on wife seems to be all we have!! No help either from Athene or Aviva!! Cash value is falling!! Horrible customer service. No response. Total run around.ZERO Had to rate 1 to post SAD
