How is that a cancellation voice mail.

Pretty funny that you leave a review and they contact you within a hour. But they can t even make a follow up call to reinsure the cancellation was received. But the only message you received was a marking robot to call for a service instead of a cancellation voicemail. They are more concerned about cutting the ineligible to make room for someone else.
