They only take cases in 10 to 5. This is the time when everyone is at work place. In a incident of a day, where I had to be at office and even the street kid was also not in good condition, what should one do?? They should be flexible enough to take cases bit later in a day.
We have jeevdaya in Ahmedabad, they take cases even at mid-night. Because post office is the only time, when you go out, meet them on streets and come to know about their condition and any medical care/attention.
