Horrible customer service. They don't care about you at all. I took my car to have an oil change back in July. It took FOUR hours for them to have my car ready. I understand it is busy, but for a service that takes less than 30 minutes is crazy. If I didn't go ask my service rep about the status on my car after waiting for an hour, then my car would not have been brought it. I had to ask a status on my car twice. Also, my car ended up breaking down on me the next week or so. I had no other option to take it to Honda. They told me my head gasket was broken and quoted me $1800 for the service. I took my car to a reliable mechanic who confirmed my head gasket was not broken, but it did need other repairs. I ended up paying $500 for a service that actually was needed. Do not go to this Honda Service Department - they are greedy and only care about making that profit.
