Idk why I keep coming back to this place! They have the most horrible customer service for a franchise mechanic/dealership! It s seem they overwhelm themselves with over bookings and it cause simple procedures like an oil change to take 3 hrs plus. I have NEVER had to wait this long for an oil change anywhere else but here! On multiple occasions (over 8) they have held my car for 2.5 hrs or more for a just an oil change! The price is good for a oil change but that s literally it! Today my appt was at 1 30 pm and I still haven t received my car. 2 hrs waiting already can and they just told it ll be another 45 possibly! This is absurd! I never write reviews! But i am genuinely tired of them taking advantage of my time! It should NEVER take this long to complete an oil change only service! I mean cmon! Smh!
