I never liked yoga until I tried Zuda Yoga! My very first class was the All Levels one and that kicked my ass for sure but definitely doable to someone who isn t stretchy/flexible (talking about myself). I ve gone to multiple Level 1 classes and they go through the motions slowly so you can understand what needs to be done in a flow. I took my two best friends here and they loved it as well! I highly higly recommend Zuda Yoga to anyone!
