I went to Northern Protocol in Barrie on Bayfield street due to my external hard drive acting up. They were exceptional. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. I could tell they knew what they were talking about and they didn't try to upsell me anything or charge me for anything that wasn't actually broken. I felt as if I could trust their opinion. Their prices are fair and their communication was fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone who's having computer troubles.
