We made a reservation in April and they said they set aside two special needs rooms when they had been already booked up for a convention and wedding. My "special needs" room was on the second floor, with no elevator. My room had no available oulets to plug my CPAP or even my phone. My room smelt of must, and woke up to blocked sinus.
No ice machine on the second floor. The outside doors open only to the section your in even though the rooms are all connected on the inside. I guess my biggest concern is when we were booking our rooms they could not tell us there were none available.
