1st let me say the employees were satisfactory.
I dropped off my car a little after noon, for a oil change, cabin filter change and rotate tires. Sometime after 3 I get a call asking to keep the car overnight, because the "technician got behind" I did have an appointment. I have never had to leave a car overnight for an oil change. When I picked up the car, there was no apology for keeping the car overnight.
