Xcel is a clean and as others have mentioned, spacious gym that has many tools for the "functional fitness" type athlete. HOWEVER, in the last month I've attended 3 spin classes where no instructor has shown up. That's unacceptable in my book. If people pay to come to classes, you should have someone there to teach the class on the schedule or cancel it. Also, the person that checks you in at the front checks you into the class you're going to so if the class is cancelled, they should tell you. For the record, 4 people were stood up for spinning today and it does not say cancelled on the schedule.
