If I could give lower I would they're very disrespectful when they are called to come out to your home don't know or ask the situation and I'm a contributor and the animal in question was adopted from acct over a year ago was lied to about him having an owner but was in fact a stray and is older then what was told the ASPCA is much better please beware when adopting and surrendering
