Horrible customer service. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends throughout LA to not go here. The administrative staff is really incompetent and do not know how to return phone calls. I parked in the parking lot and informed them through voice mail that I was waiting outside to pick up my eye glasses. Staff did not return my call and when I went to the front of the establishment, no one helped me. I went back to the parking lot and had to press the buzzer just to inform someone that I was there to pick up my eye glasses. Then after waiting another 10 minutes for staff to give them to me, in the hot sun! Did not invite me in, to keep cool from the sun and then the woman that gave me my eyes glasses open the door and shoved them at me and closed the door. From now on, I will go to Lens Crafters. They have better customer service.
