I honestly enjoyed everything about the hotel. Was there for an event and their service was lovely. The ambience is lovely too.

Fantastic conference facilities, delectable food, service with a smile and ample parking. A delightful experience altogether.

The accommodation what!!!is what everyone would wish to sleep one day..just adorable

Newly opened, great location with Village Market right there, clean and safe. Still some issues as they finish it but those are minor (open shower design did not always have enough slope to drain). Great restaurant, loved the buffet breakfast with eggs to order.

Very decent place, integrated with the Village market, close to most embassies, not far from city center, and manageable distance to airport. Breakfast is good though not inclusive, something that has to be considered in the future. Service-wise, super! No complains.

World class decor and layout. Hero restaurant is fabulous. But the food at the food stalls I tried (especially the Chinese) was hugely dissapointing.

The Trademark Hotel is new, modern and very stylish hotel.

We were warmly welcomed at the Reception and were speedily taken through the COVID procedure before being shown to our room. Our suitcases were already there! The room was decorated in shades of grey with crisp dazzling white bed linen. The bathroom was elegant with a walk-in rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

We ventured out into the city and within a few moments we were at the Mall named Village Market . There seemed to be plenty of places to eat round and about the hotel, but we decided that the hotel s Harvest Restaurant sounded appealing.

We absolutely loved our stay in Trademark!

They need to work on their service...

Nice and clean, almost brand new hotel inside the Village Market. The location is the first reason why this hotel should be picked.

The rooms are up to 4* standards, but I would appreciate a proper wall to separate the shower from the sleeping room (water goes everywhere when showering). Also, please provide toilet brush!

The staff is nice and friendly but they need to work on fulfilling requests. I had to call several times to get items delivered to my room, such as water, towels and even food from room service. Sometimes it took up to 40 minutes, sometimes they just forgot. Once I even asked at the front desk to remove the trash from the room and they just didn't do it. You guys need to work on this.

Breakfast is ok, nothing out of the ordinary for this category with decent variation from day to day.

The swimming pool area is really lovely with a great view of the city.

Best value for money with excellent service and great atmosphere

They have the most amazing staff, very helpful and very understanding. Their food is also very contemporary, it can suit so many types of people. Their decor is also very beautiful. If you love sights, then this is the place to be. Their rooms are also very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone anytime. Also while there, check out the honeymoon suite it is amazing. Their pool is on the rooftop therefore giving a view of the surrounding location.
