Worst customer service, Canadian tire steals people money.

One of the merchant refunded money on my mastercard (May 3,2019)as it was paid via master card. I called Canadian tire to process refund, they processed the refund and advised me that i will get cheque in 2 weeks. It been already 3+ weeks i have not received cheque yet.

Customers service of Canadian tire is very careless and always asks me to call after day or two. But, no positive or concrete answer about my money. Still haven t got my money back
