When I ordered the windows I was told it would take two to three weeks, it took six. Ordered with the nailing flange, I didn t see a flange when I picked them up and asked about them, I was told they were in the packaging of the windows. No flanges. When I called to ask about getting the flanges they said I could come and get some, but they are two hours away and I didn t have the luxury of spending four hours on the road to get them so I installed them with out the flanges.

The windows are ok, but for my next batch of windows I think I ll keep it closer to home.
