Warning to anyone who rents from this company. They are a scam artist in the purest form. Though these are apartments for the the disabled and low incomes families, they will screw you over every chance they get. I use to work for them. The former manager still worked for them when I took over. In my training I was told to charge the tenant for as much of the repairs that was incurred in each apartment as possible. If thing broke in any apartment, we were to charge the tenant, even if not their fault.
When people move out, the company charges for repairs and updated painting, even from normal wear and tear. And, even if the apartment is left clean and livable. We were deterred from helping tenants from getting their apartment in move in ready form. This way they could avoid giving the tenant back their deposits.
All of this was in an effort to cut corners, and save the company money. This company has no business offering apartments to low income people. They aught to be ashamed of themselves. It s literally a competition to see who can screw their tenants over the most.
