From the top down, I can't say enough good things about Q! The biggest differentiator I noticed was the transparent and quick communication of the staff. On my first day, I got to meet with both the owners, and they really set the tone for what to expect in working at Q. From there, my recruiters were fantastic and supportive every step of the way!
