I was originally pleased with the services I received from Calahan s, however that quickly changed. I received a call saying my father s cremains had come back and were ready to be picked up. Then shortly after I received another call saying there had been an error and his cremains were not ready to be picked up. My father s urn had to be sent back after waiting two weeks to receive his cremains due to the lack of an employee of the company not entering the information to have his urn engraved. I also ordered two urn necklaces(one of which I paid cash for) and the orders were never placed. In one week it would be a month and I still don t have my father cremains!! This is very disappointing and inhumane to say the least!!
