I wouldn t hire this company if they were the last collection agency available for hire. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and uneducated. They use scare tactics and verbal abuse to trick people into making payments. I don t know how people continue to work here. Karma applies to how you treat people, ESPECIALLY when you re getting paid for it. Taking driver licenses from poor working families that DRIVE to feed their kids in order to pay for an insurance SCAM is not a job, it s a joke. A joke that a lawyer can fix. I will give every dollar they think my cousin owes them to an attorney who can finally shut this place down for unethical business practices. DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS! GET A LAWYER INSTEAD!
