I wholeheartedly advise you to keep this company of irresponsible incompetents away from you as bubonic plague is kept away.
I had (and am having) more problems with acea than any other public or private company I have ever dealt with.
The only note of merit goes to the receptionists, all very good and prepared (by now we can say that I know them all one by one ..), but they are not given absolutely the technical tools to be able to help, and the 90% of the time they can only give you information without actually being able to act on your problem.
