Given twin beds... bathroom dirty. Lack of parking...

Given twin beds... bathroom dirty. Lack of parking for such a large hotel. Long waiting time at breakfast. Husband got trapped in bathroom no staff member asked if we were ok after handy men had to break the door to get him out. We paid a lot to stay in a sub standard room. Never got any acnowledgement of our complaint.
