It is one of the two mobile phone companies in Haiti. I give two stars because it still allows to communicate. During the first years she offered an irreproachable service. However, recently users have been experiencing regular signal failures, difficulties in joining other subscribers to the same network, and a poor internet connection. Even postpaid customers are experiencing these problems. The price of the various plans almost doubled while the quality of service has worsened. Telecommunication remains a real challenge in Haiti.
