My name is Nicole and I would give 0 stars if I could for the way we were treated in ICU by the nurse Lulu. She was abusive, crude, hateful, uncompassionate, and made snoody sarcastic remarks about my dying father who passed away Sept 4 2017. Do NOT take your loved one to this hospital if they are in critical or in a dying state. Will never go back. So sad. The impacted she had on me and everyone else in room will stay with us forever. Nurse Lulu, maybe in China you treat your patients like a trash can, but in America nurses in ICU have respect... not you. Im sorry Dad...
