Placed a order over the phone arrived at the diner...

Placed a order over the phone arrived at the diner at the time I was told to. Was greeted when I walked in and asked for my name. They said the order was coming. 15 minutes go by and long story short they do not have my order. Will never give them my business again. Did not even apologize for wasting my time!
