been trying to talk to someone about my plan but after 2 hours on hold im thinking that maybe using this company for health insurance may not be a good idea, looking to see if i can cancel my application and go with someone else . last attempt at reaching them then its on to another agency! After killing my phone battery waiting on hold and sending 2 email without hearing anything from a service member it appears ill be forced to report this company and attempt to get the premium i paid that the website says i still owe! horrible horrible company and i will do everything i can to let everyone know what a joke common ground is! As a side note its really funny that the good reviews on here get a response but the negative ones just get ignored!
