Awful experience and it's not the first time. I tried to give them another opportunity and yet again they failed. The first time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change that's literally all they did, no air in tires no fluids added nothing. Ended up having to put air in my tires and more fluids in about a week later it was all low. This time brought vehicle in for oil change, fluids and tire pressure (made sure it was written down) after waiting 8 mins for assistance while there were 4 guys sitting at desks (I guess they are too important to take care of their customers or write up an order.). Even what seemed to be the higher up service department manager walked by asked if I was being helped and they all said we paged so and so. I found out there was a recall on vehicle part. During check out I had to remind them before leaving about the recall and they all had I don't care attitudes about if they had the parts or when. It seemed like a huge inconvenience to ask them anything, they were too busy gossiping about other things. It's also very obvious as well that the other service managers dislike the service writer, no team effort at all!!! I will drive out of my way from now on to get my service done!!!!
