Not too crowded at 1930 but music much too loud, c...

Not too crowded at 1930 but music much too loud, calmed down about 2100 and by 2200 we could talk at normal decibels. Friendly staff and clean floor and tables. No parking anywhere close by but tube station 3 minutes walk (District and Circle lines) with plenty of buses along Victoria Street c5-6 minutes walk.
