Was on hold for 30mins trying to make an appointment today. When they picked up they put me on hold again for 10 mins. I hung up and booked a new primary care physician. The combination of customer service disarray and doctor issues put this in the worst medical office I've ever been in. Allen Geltzer did not seem to care much about having any type of doctor patient relationship. I found him to be rude as well, looks like I am not alone.
