The check in process was extremely slow as it was ...

The check in process was extremely slow as it was under staffed. I waited 20 mins, twice. Once to check in and once to collect me room key.

The shower in my room had a big leak and was spraying everywhere. Given how busy the front desk was, I didn't get a chance to report it. On the up side, the room was extremely clean. Thank you.
