Arrived at 8pm after a movie. Was told all the slow cooked steaks had sold out which was fine. Took a liking to the "specials" that were being run at the time. Ribs or ribs and steak or chicken and ribs I think, all for $29.95. So I went for the ribs and steak. Ribs were fine, tender and nice sauce. Not outstanding but nice. The steak was really an embarrassment, it was a thin (like 5mm) piece of what looked like it might have been intended for a steak sandwich. It had a nasty piece of fatty gristle down one side which I can assume would have been trimmed off for the steak sandwich. I would like to say that the staff were fantastic but really if you miss the signature steak don't bother ordering any steak item. Also value for money at hogs breath is very poor. With these $30 meals you can have curly fries, salad, veges, sweet potato chips but only choose one. So you can have say curly fries but that's it. So for $30 you get 6 ribs, spastic steak and say 6-8 curly fries. Somewhere there is a pink hog rolling in his grave.
