I have alot to share. First this year was the first time we have been back from being away for 12-13 years. We had 3 boys and waited until they were tall enough to enjoy the park. Our boys are 10, 9, and 6. First, the moment you walk into the park you can be greeted by a lovely lady who was there every weekend. I am sad to say I forgot her name. But my name she remembered as Mrs. BROOKS. Every weekend we got our parent pass and wrist bands with our name and number
Just incase we got separated.. she was amazing!!! She was extremely friendly, nice, helpful, respectful, and most of all made it a point to remember us..that shows she truly cares. She made us feel welcomed every Saturday and Sunday. So thank you so much for being the first person to see inside the park and making our day start great. We went each weekend from September 19-November 1. I must say your staff are awesome!! Each day, each ride, each restaurant they were top notch. We have notice how professional they all were. Many times knowing how terrified I was they would put me and my kids in the middle of the rides. I must say your staff in all kid areas were amazing aswell!! They got the kids excited, super friendly, talkative, supportive, encouraging, and energetic. Your staff in the kid areas have a really hard job. They have many kids with many different needs come each day. They had made not only my kids feel special but other kids feel safe and special. Right there is the best way to win parents over. Every parent loves when a staff member make their kids excited and safe on rides.

I am truly pleased with Cedar point. So much so we got season passes for the first time in our lives and dining season passes. Our kids and ourselves had a blast. We took advantage of the fun pix season pass and glad we did it, as we have so many pictures.

Please let your staff know how well they did this year. We know especially this year but many years before, they did with unhappy people. I have seen many people unfairly treating them wrong and I spoke up to make sure they knew they were still right. They need to follow the rules and they stood their ground. I have seen many places allowing people to ride water rides in different parks even when they were not tall enough because they didn't want to argue and I am happy that Cedar point take safety very seriously and the staff still goes by the regulations. Also no one likes the mask, we hate the masks and the sanitizing alot was no fun ,BUT we followed the rules and appreciated the fact they took their jobs serious. We were.still able to ride many rides.soon!

We were pleased to see metal detectors, police officers, and a dog. With everything going on in the world I am thankful to see them walking around.

There was many aspects of Cedar point we enjoyed..food, entertainment, gift shops, regulations, professionalism, and so forth. This is a family place. A place that you can have clean fun.

So thank you Cedar point!!! Thank you for being amazing after 13 years away. Now as a family of 5 we cannot wait until 2021 so that our family can come back and enjoy another season
