I had to give R&R 3 stars because of the first part if our visit. We walked in as a party of 13. The waitress took this info, but didn't put us on the list and then ignored us for the next hour and a half. We watched several parties walk in, wait, but then walk out because they weren't acknowledged. Eventually we were seated and things improved.
I would give the last half of our experience 5 stars. Amber was our waitress and she was quick, cheerful, and apologetic. The food was hot and delicious. Props to Amber...she deserves stars!
