I ordered a cake over the phone I expressed I want...

I ordered a cake over the phone I expressed I wanted pale peach and pale pink flowers...what I got was neon colors. The frosting was so greasy the cake was not edible and it was very expensive for something, 6 three layer cake for $69.00, that had to be thrown away, no one would eat it!!! It was embarrassing! And I am so glad that I decided to have cupcakes and other desserts and not order a whole cake from this company!
I expressed when I picked it up, that the flowers were very bright and that I was unhappy about it...all I was told by the lady who gave it to me was, is that I could have sent a picture of specific colors , however, I was never told that It was even an option when I ordered it to send a picture, I was told when I ordered the cake they understood pale peach and pale pink with a little bit of red...my cake was for my daughters wedding and looked like a circus cake, it was awful!!!!!! They did not offer to fix the cake. Instead I had to go home the night before my daughters wedding scrap the whole top of the cake off and make fondant flowers to put on it so it would at least be presentable!
Very disappointed and will never purchase or recommend anyone to this bakery
Based on cost, presentation and taste!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!
Personally they should give me a refund since it The whole thing had to be thrown away...however it would have been perfect for melting down and using it to deep fry other foods!
