Yesterday I arrived by ambulance at 13:00 pm with a broken foot I was dying from the illness. The emergency room of this hospital is terrifying! The ambulance guys kindly put me on a stretcher because I needed to keep my foot out, I was fainting from pain ... a very rude lady welcomed us and started arguing with my friend because she thought we should stay on the wheelchair and not on the couch, it was poisoned. The long wait begins, I ask if they had any ice because the one who had put me on the ambulance had warmed up and they told me that they had no ice in that hospital because it was finished and that it would not arrive within the day !! The foot swelled a lot. Then I ask if I could have a painkiller because I was fainting from the evil but they tell me that they couldn't give me anything until I was visited by the doctor. If you asked to be taken to the bathroom they looked at you badly and did not give a minimum of help to get off the bed. They had no crutches. They visited me and did the plates at 18:00 pm. They confirmed that I had a fracture and finally they then medicated me and gave me a painkiller injection. All this fasting I was very weak because I had not had lunch. And I had nausea and pain I asked if they had tea or biscuits they said no! He was the machine out there that goes to coins that I could send someone. But I was alone because my friend had to go. Luckily there was a lady who volunteered in this hospital I gave her coins and gently went to get me a hot tea and a bottle of water. All this is shameful. A person who is ill and is scared cannot be treated in this way. Zero humanity and comfort. The lack of ice looked like a joke! I was told that inside the hospital the ice machine has been broken for two weeks and is not being adjusted. may God bless us and help us because this is too much. (I must add, however, that the doctor was very kind at the end of everything.)
